210mm Blade Solar Shading
Before and after photo’s of Brise Soleil recently completed by NLC at a project in Cravern Arms. These vertical panels were fabricated from 210mm elliptical blades fixed to profiled aluminium side frames. All panels and brackets were polyester powder coated to match the windows and fascia.
Rectangular Western Red Cedar Brise Soleil
NLC supplied, delivered & installed this architectural Western Red Cedar brise soleil to Spring Barn which is a residential property in Warwickshire. The rectangular timber blades were held in position by bespoke polyester powder coated aluminium bracketry.
Brise Soleil Panels
NLC supplied, delivered and installed these brise soleil panels to a Science Academy in Grimsby. NLC worked closely with Jem Build on this project who won the ‘Best Education Project’ award at the building excellence awards in 2016 for this project.
Louvred Penthouse Enclosures
NLC Engineers supplied, delivered and installed three penthouse units to allow ventilation to an underground car park for new apartments in London. Each penthouse was made up of individual louvre panels that bolted together with a lightweight folded aluminium roof.
Tapering Louvre Screen
NLC supplied, delivered and installed this Louvre Screen to hide plant on the roof of St. James’ School in Barrow in Furness. The screen was manufactured from aluminium blades, mullions and flashings which were all powder coated to the required RAL colour.
Rectangular Blade Vertical Brise Soleil
NLC Engineers installed this vertical brise soleil to a residential property in Twickenham, The blades were rectangular Western Red Cedar and were fixed to a angle frame with circular rods through the center of each blade for support.
Triangular Shading Panels
NLC engineers installed four triangular brise soleil panels to the gable end of a new school in Battlefields, Shrewsbury. They are manufactured from 40mm x 40mm fully welded aluminium box section frames with angle brackets fixed to the front to allow for the blades to be installed. The blades are 120mm wide, elliptical shaped with 2mm thick profiled aluminium end plates .
Western Red Cedar Brise Soleil
Nationwide Louvre Company supplied, delivered & installed vertical Western Red Cedar brise soleil panels to Hartford SEN in St. Neots. The panels consisted of rectangular timber blades in powder coated box section aluminium frames supported vertically in front of large dormer windows.
Brise Soleil / Privacy Screen Vertical Panels
NLC were contacted by a landscape architect after seeing an elliptical blade structure at the Chelsea Flower Show. NLC engineers supplied, delivered & installed these vertical panels to a new development in London. They are acting as a fence to separate areas of a garden, the screen also contains a set of louvred double doors to allow access.
