NLC-EL75LS Louvred Plant Screen

Nationwide Louvre Company have supplied and installed the Louvred Plant Screen below at Gloucester University.

This louvred screen was self supporting and was made using our EL75LS louvre blade and incorporated a louvred double doorset. Unlike many of our other projects the blades were requested in mill finish to match other milled aluminium screens on the site previously supplied by NLC.

Aluminium P;lantroom Louvres – Edinburgh

The latest louvre to be installed by NLC was for the Western Village Energy Centre in Edinburgh.

This louvre was fabricated using our NLC-EL75 louvre blade and featured birdmesh to the rear of the louvre and two large double doors.

All materials were finished in 7016 Semi-Gloss polyester powder coating.

Louvred Plant Screening – Silverstone Innovation Centre

NLC supplied and installed the Louvre Screen shown below for the Innovation Centre at Silverstone.

100mm Z profile Louvre Screen blades were used for this screen fixed back to steelwork (not provided by NLC) via mullions and slotted fixing cleats.

All materials are finished in 9006 polyester powder coating.

Aluminium Louvre Screen – Bombay Saphire

Nationwide Louvre Company recently supplied and installed this Aluminium louvre for Bombay Sapphire’s new Creators Lab.
This screen was fabricated using our NLC-EL75mm louvre blades and allows for 50% free area. The screen also features a double louvred door (opening inwards) to allow access.
All materials were finished in polyester powder coating RAL 5004 Semi-Gloss.

Vertical Brise Soleil and Louvred Bin Store – Oxfordshire

Vertical Brise Soleil – Chinnor, Oxfordshire

NLC supplied and installed the Louvre Screen and Brise Soleil shown below at The Sanderum Centre in Oxfordshire. The Brise Soleil brackets were installed directly onto the face of the window frames so that panels came down vertically approximately 200mm in front of the window ( to allow for cleaning ). The shading was designed to wrap around all three sizes of the glazed entrance area with the use of compound mitred blades with welded corners. EL100GG-Z Louvre Screen blades were used for the bin store screen and they were fixed back to a box section support frame via. mullions and slotted fixings cleats. All louvre screen components including the box section support frame were fabricated and installed by NLC.

Louvre Screen – 1 High Street, Stratford

Nationwide Louvre Company’s latest project was to fabricate and install a louvre screen on the roof of an office development in Stratford. This was designed to screen the air conditioning equipment on the rooftop whilst adding an additional layer of security.
The louvre screen features one full welded louvre door complete with lock allowing for easy access to the equipment for any maintenance that may be required.

Louvred Plant Screen – Premier Inn, Cardiff

Nationwide Louvre Company has recently fabricated and installed a Louvred Plant Screen for Premier Inn, in Cardiff. The Louvred plant screen was fabricated using our EL100GG-Z- UPVC  Z blades and features two louvre doors, one door designed with a notch to open over existing stairs.

Louvre Plant Screens – Primark, Milton Keynes

NLC recently manufactured and supplied over 750 square meters of factory fabricated louvred plant screens surrounding three roof mounted plant decks to the new flagship Primark store in Milton Keynes. These louvred plant screens included six single louvred door sets and were designed to blend into the louvred plant screen layout.

The louvred plant screens were designed into a grid system to resemble the existing appearance of the glazed curtain walling system on this 1980’s listed building as additional floors were added for increased retail space.

Aluminium Weather Louvres – West Suffolk Crematorium

Nationwide Louvre Company recently supplied and installed 4 No. aluminium weather louvres to a new building at West Suffolk Crematorium. Two of the louvre panels were on either side of the building and they both were the same shape but mirror image to suit the shape of both ends of the building. The other two louvre panels were on the front elevation of the building and they both sloped back 65 degrees. Each louvre was split into smaller sections due to the large size of the finished weather louvre but the blades gave a continuous appearance once installed.

Solar Control Louvres – Brand New Office Buildings, Exeter

Vertical & Horizontal Brise Soleil

NLC engineers have completed these works on a new office development in Exeter. There were four horizontal runs of brise soleil and three bands of vertical brise soleil above the entrance to the building. All panels manufactured from 210mm elliptical blades fixed to 5mm thick profiled side frames. There were also vertical jointing plates fixed in between the vertical panels
