Brise Soleil – Modern Residential Project, Aberdeen
Architectural Triangular Brise Soleil
NLC supplied, delivered and installed ten triangular brise soleil panels to a residential development in Aberdeen. Each panel was fabricated using a box section frame with fixing cleats in certain areas to allow the frames to be dismantled for transport. The blades were fixed to the frames using a profiled aluminium folded cleat fixed to the front of the box section. The box section frames were fixed in four points along the top two diagonal parts of the frame and also at the base where a straight bracket fixed back to the wall. 
Solar Shading – St. Bede’s School, Cambridge
210mm Elliptical Blade Brise Soleil
NLC Engineers recently installed this vertical brise soleil to St. Bede’s School in Cambridge. The panels consisted of 210mm elliptical profile blades fixed to aluminium profiled side frames. The panels were fixed directly to the steel posts using stainless steel fixings through the side frames.
Solar Control Louvres – Brand New Office Buildings, Exeter
Vertical & Horizontal Brise Soleil
NLC engineers have completed these works on a new office development in Exeter. There were four horizontal runs of brise soleil and three bands of vertical brise soleil above the entrance to the building. All panels manufactured from 210mm elliptical blades fixed to 5mm thick profiled side frames. There were also vertical jointing plates fixed in between the vertical panels

Aluminium Louvre Screen – Premier Inn – Tolworth
Aluminium Louvre Screen
NLC recently completed the installation of this architectural aluminium louvre screen on the roof of a Premier Inn at Tolworth. The screen consisted of our ‘Z’ profile screening blade clipped in to vertical mullions. Folded aluminium flashings were fixed on corners and head of screen.
NLC-EL75LS – Plant Screen Louvre – Central London
EL75OLS Aluminium Plsant Screening Louvre
This NLC-EL75 aluminium louvred plant screen was installed at Paul Street, London by our installation team. It featured a 75mm weather louvre blade & mullion system, folded aluminium flashings and a single louvred door for access to the plant. The Louvred plant screen is designed to hide unsightly plant and equipment and give the building sharper and clear line.
Louvre Doors – Milton Keynes
Aluminium Louvred Doors
NLC engineers installed these louvred double door sets to three different sites spread across the area Milton Keynes. All doors were fabricated from aluminium angle frames with 50mm weather louvre blades fixed through the side angles of the door leaves.
Aluminium Louvre Door
Aluminium louvre plantroom doorset supplied and installed by Nationwide louvre company. The aluminium louvred door was polyester powder coated to the customers requirements with stainless steel butt hinges and a mortise deadlock and europrofile cylinder ( Ironmonger to customers specifications ).
The aluminium louvred door was installed to replace a old timber louvred door and give a longer service life for many years to come.
Architectural Feature Brise Soleil – Bristol
Replacement Brise Soleil
NLC engineers removed old damaged brise soleil and replaced it with these new 120mm elliptical blade panels. The brise soleil has a feature box section to the front and was complete with four fully welded corners.
